I began close to patients and test results. That foundation taught me that quality is never an abstract standard—it determines whether a person receives a result they can trust and care they can act on.

Over more than seven years in HIV programmes, I have moved through laboratory, quality-improvement, data-entry, monitoring and supervisory roles. Today, I support regional teams to examine performance, resolve data-quality problems and make programme information more useful.

Research is how I turn recurring field questions into evidence. Teaching is how I make that evidence accessible. My wider digital and health ventures grow from the same belief: people thrive when knowledge, tools and services are responsible, practical and understandable.
