Research agenda

Three connected lines of inquiry.

Each line explores how health systems can turn standards into consistent practice and measurable outcomes.

01

Laboratory quality systems

Readiness, protocol compliance, quality control, documentation, EQA and the organisational conditions that sustain improvement.

02

Implementation & CQI

How mentorship, tester background, continuous quality improvement and facility-level action affect performance.

03

HIV programme outcomes

Data quality, continuity of treatment, linkage, viral-load monitoring and evidence-informed programme adaptation.
